Fogstar Energy 48.3kWh 51.2V Modular Battery Stack

The Fogstar Energy 48.3kWh Modular Battery Stack is a high-capacity LiFePO₄ energy storage solution designed for residential, commercial and light industrial applications.

Each stack is built from three (3) 16.1kWh battery modules, making installation, handling and future expansion significantly easier. A single top-mounted control unit manages the entire stack as one integrated system, underpinned by a battery base plate.

Multiple stacks can be connected in parallel, allowing the system to scale from a single 48.3kWh stack up to a full 1.23MWh system if required. With an IP-rated enclosure, integrated heating and built-in fire suppression, the system is engineered for safe, reliable operation in demanding environments.

System Overview

Each 48.3kWh stack is assembled from three (3) 16.1kWh battery modules housed within a single enclosure. Once stacked, a top-mounted control unit manages all modules as one unified battery system, simplifying commissioning, monitoring and maintenance.

The modular design allows additional stacks to be added at any stage, making the system ideal for phased installations or growing energy requirements.
